Billing

Refunds: unless legally required, charges are non-refundable. We may consider prorated credits for verified service outages exceeding our service level commitments.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property, violate privacy, or distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.

Rate limits, if applicable, must be respected. Automated access should use our official interfaces and adhere to their quotas.

Prohibited: attempts to extract datasets, model weights, or to circumvent safety systems through automated probing or prompt manipulation.

Privacy

We process personal data as described in our privacy notices. We apply reasonable security measures to protect your information.

Where legally required, you retain rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability subject to applicable limitations.

We may pseudonymize or aggregate usage telemetry for improving service quality and reliability.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for non-payment, with or without notice as permitted by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Certain provisions survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email when feasible.

If you continue using the service after changes take effect, you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
