How do I enroll in Korvanta Speak?
Create an account on our website, choose your preferred plan, and complete the checkout. Your speaking calendar and onboarding materials will unlock instantly. You can start with a free trial session before committing to a plan.
What plans and pricing do you offer?
We offer flexible monthly plans: Starter (4 sessions), Growth (8 sessions), and Pro (12 sessions). All plans include feedback notes, AI-driven drills, and session recordings. You can upgrade or pause at any time from your dashboard.
How do live sessions work?
You book a time slot in your timezone. Connect via your browser—no installs needed. A certified coach guides conversation scenarios and corrects your speech in real time. After each session, you receive a summary, action items, and pronunciation drills.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes. You can reschedule up to 6 hours before your start time with no penalty. You can cancel a booking for credit back to your account. Missed sessions without notice are charged to keep coach calendars fair.
Do you provide refunds?
If you’re not satisfied after your first paid session, request a refund within 7 days and we’ll process it, no questions asked. After that period, unused sessions remain as credits that do not expire.
Do I receive a certificate?
Yes. Upon completing your plan’s milestones (or after 12 sessions), you receive a shareable digital certificate outlining your CEFR-aligned proficiency gains and skill areas improved.
Which levels do you support?
From absolute beginner (A0) to advanced (C1), with tailored tracks for business, academic, and travel conversation. Your intake assessment calibrates tasks to your level and goals.
Which languages can I practice?
English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese. If your language is not listed, tell us—new pairs open based on demand.
What are the technical requirements?
A stable internet connection, a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox), and a microphone. Headphones are recommended for clearer audio. Mobile is supported; desktop provides the best tools view.

What time slots are available?
Sessions run 7 days a week across most time zones. You’ll see availability in your local time and can book recurring slots if you prefer a consistent rhythm.
How do you handle privacy and data?
We store only what’s necessary to run your learning experience. Session recordings are private to you and your coach. You can export or delete your data at any time from account settings.
